Listen, I've been there. I wasted years doubting myself and living in cycles of scarcity, anxiety and burnout. 


Every time I tried to escape, I’d end up right back at square one, repeating the same patterns, just with a different name. And eventually… I stopped trying. I thought, “Maybe this is just how it is for me. Maybe it doesn’t get better.” 

Rock bottom came when I found myself sitting in a hospital bed in the middle of the night after a major panic attack. I felt scared. Alone.

And as I lay there, I thought—something has to change. This is not the life I want. 

For a while, I stayed frozen.

I consumed every productivity hack, mindset shift, and manifestation method I could get my hands on— but nothing stuck. Nothing clicked.

Because deep down, I wasn’t embodying anything.

I was copying what worked for others. I was performing.

My life didn’t actually change until I stopped chasing who I thought I should be— and started aligning my habits, thoughts, and choices with who I truly wanted to be.
